The Agency Profit Programme is tailored exclusively for agency owners and Managing Directors of agencies with a turnover between £1m and £3m. By focusing on this specific turnover range, we can deliver highly specialised, targeted, and effective content to our participants. Five online workshops

The course is run over five online sessions, two weeks apart. In each session we'll focus on a different topic, and you'll leave with actions you can immediately implement in your agency.

Who can join The Profit Programme?

The Profit Programme is for ambitious agency owners or Managing Directors. We only invite senior leaders to join the programme, so that each cohort can relate to each other's specific challenges.

You must also run a £1m - £3m agency, and be willing to implement change in your agency. People who are willing to take action see the biggest increases in profit.

What topics do you cover?

We'll cover planning, pricing, projects, existing clients and profit culture.

When is The Profit Programme?

It starts Tuesday 9th September, and runs every other Wednesday until 5th November.

Are the sessions in person or online?

The sessions are online, where you'll join virtually via Zoom.

How much does it cost?

The whole programme costs £750+VAT, but if you book before August 1st 2025 you will access the Early Bird price of £499+VAT.

Yes! Jonathan Leafe, Ben Potter, Freia Muehlenbein, Karl Heasman and Nikki Gatenby will each take you through practical steps for success. You'll get the chance to quiz them after the sessions, too.

Is anything else included in the price?

In addition to the virtual sessions and peer discussion, you'll get support from the Wow team. They will check in from time to time throughout the duration, and you can ask questions and get some guidance.

We also include 2 x mentoring sessions with a relevant Wow expert, early access (and the best price) for BenchPress 2026 - plus, we'll provide additional support around reporting on profitability.
