We all want to run a successful business, and we all need a happy, hardworking team around us who share the same vision, but after what has been a turbulent year for businesses and families alike, we, as business owners, understand that extra support should be given to our employees as well as our clients.
2023 gives us the chance to start afresh, and this workshop explores the ways in which you can offer your employees support and stability over the next year.
You'll leave the workshop with practical tips, including how to:
- Keep your team engaged and the software that can help
- Get your team fired up and aligned with your goals for the year ahead
- Have difficult conversations with your team in a remote-first business
- Support your team with the cost of living crisis
The workshop will run from 9.30am - 10.30am. You'll be required to have your camera and microphone turned on so you can contribute to the open discussions and Q&A section of the session.
