We're delighted to welcome some brilliant industry icons to the upcoming Agency Profit Programme, where we'll be taking a group of founders through a highly bespoke and personalised programme designed to dramatically increase profit.
Starting in September 2023, we'll be sharing this knowledge with a small group of agency owners, founders and Managing Directors with turnovers of £1m - £3m. We'll be welcoming an expert speaker to each session, who will help take the groups through practical steps for success. They'll also join our exclusive Profit Programme community, so founders can quiz them after the session too.

Ben is an adviser and Non-Exec, helping independent agencies win the right clients with a more purposeful approach to business development.
As well as his work with agencies, he’s an avid writer, regularly sharing advice via LinkedIn and in publications, such as Econsultancy. He has also appeared on numerous podcasts and has been acknowledged as one of the UK’s most influential business developers in The BD100.
Away from work, he is a proud husband, father, dog owner, music lover, DJ, sports fan, football coach (and fan) and craft ale enthusiast.
Freia is an agency growth consultant specialising in strategy delivery, operations, processes, and leadership. Freia knows a thing or two about how to deliver project work profitably. During her agency career, she grew her department from 0 to 100 people and worked with some of the biggest brands in the UK and internationally. She quickly became known for making growth and positive change happen and was soon responsible for delivering strategy and change programmes for one of the most successful agencies in the UK. Through her consultancy Be-Reyt she now supports digital, marketing, and creative agencies to help them remove barriers and move into their next phase of growth.
Karl is a qualified executive and business coach who specialises in mentoring ambitious digital, marketing and communications agencies, typically between £500k and £5m in revenue.
He helps their owners achieve their goals, whether that be helping them navigate a rapid period of growth, kickstarting their business after flatlining for years or preparing them for a more successful exit.
Karl has highly relevant real-world agency experience learnt whilst starting and growing businesses within marketing in the UK, US and Singapore over 25 years. He has also successfully exited his own agency and mentored over 50 others.
Her last business went from Brighton to global, from marketing services to 2 SaaS technology products (answerthepublic and coveragebook), hand in hand with being named one of the Best Places to Work in the UK for 8 years running.
Having exited the agency in 2019 and taken a sabbatical to NZ, Nikki is now an in demand agency specialist non-exec director and cognitive behavioural coach. Helping founders to set their strategy and coaching the leadership teams to deliver on it
