In the latest BenchPress survey, only 18% of agency owners stated that their business would continue to grow without them there. That means that the vast majority have work to do when it comes to creating a business that truly works without them. 

This is particularly important if you plan to sell your business in the future, as is the case for 63% of £1m+ agencies. Your business will be more valuable if you’ve built a team that can run things without you involved. Even if you’re not looking to sell your agency, building this capability will give you greater freedom over how you spend your time.
