If your query requires further research, we’ll issue a quote and seek your permission before commencing the work. You will never receive surprise bills.

Every year we make sure we put time aside to talk specifically about where your business is heading and help you work on the things that will help you get there quicker. As part of this, we’ll review your key performance indicators to ensure your business is on track to achieving its objectives


We’ll discuss ways to reduce your tax liabilities, looking at recent rule changes and reliefs to help your business. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk to one of Wow’s financial planners to get insights into what your business needs to do to achieve your personal goals.

We can also work with you to review your progress throughout the year, providing accountability and additional benchmarking to increase your chances of success.

Specialist tax advice

We’ll take care of filing your personal tax returns, as well as any P11Ds that you or your team need to complete. We’ll also help you plan ahead, so you have visibility of your tax bill and pay no more tax than you need to. For those businesses that work on innovative projects, we have a specialist R&D Tax team that can help you claim R&D tax relief from HMRC. We can also advise on the tax implications of the sale of your business and the most tax-efficient ways to do this.

Accounts and payroll

We’ll take care of your annual accounts and tax filings, as well as any company secretarial work that needs to be done throughout the year. We’ll also take away the hassle of payroll and auto-enrolment pension compliance by completing this for you each month. All you need to do is let us know if there have been any changes. We’ll then do the rest, including completing the calculations, uploading files to your pension system, and sending payslips to your staff, as well as summary reports to you.
