You’ll be at the heart of coordinating all of our digital marketing activities by supporting our commercial team. Ultimately, driving us to fulfil our mission – to help people build Beautiful Businesses.

Here’s what success looks like in this role: 

  • Delighting our clients - Helping to deliver a one-to-many experience that helps clients to build Beautiful Businesses, keeps them updated, makes them feel special, increases their chances of staying and buying more from us, and compels them to tell others about us.

  • Helping people fall in love with us - Maintaining our great reputation by telling stories about who we are, why we do this, and the impact we have. Ensuring that all our marketing is beautiful.

  • Spreading the word - Increasing the number of people that are engaged with us (via email & social media) and creating conversations with them that guide them on the path to become clients.

  • Showcasing Wow as a great place to work - Bringing our Employee Brand Proposition to life by sharing stories about what it’s like to work at Wow and creating a buzz about what we do.

Working in a small team, you’ll be involved at a range of levels, including developing digital marketing strategies, executing lead generation campaigns, organising events, and driving high-quality communication to our clients and prospects. This job is full of variety, and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. A regular to-do list includes:

  • Working closely with the team to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coming up with ideas and creating plans to achieve key objectives.
  • Curating content and assets for media releases, thought-leadership pieces, social and external presentations (including design, copywriting, and proofing).
  • Delivering strong marketing activities that drive leads, engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Engaging with prospective clients on different campaigns, including face-to-face events, online events and downloadable content.
  • Reporting on web analytics and performance data.

About you. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
  • A positive attitude, who loves working as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Great organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload
  • A passion and desire to make a difference
  • Someone with experience using Hubspot, WordPress, Canva, and the Adobe Suite is helpful but not essential

Location and working hours
  • The position is full-time, with flexible working around Wow’s core hours of 10am-4pm. There is no fixed start or end time each day.
  • You'll be based in the UK, so you can join us for our quarterly team days and social events.
  • Day-to-day, you get to choose where you work. All you need is your laptop (which we’ll provide) and the internet... and enough snacks to see you through the day!
  • Whilst you have the freedom of remote working, we don't want you to feel remote. Right from the start, you'll feel connected to the amazing Wow team through a series of online and in-person events that will help you build the relationships and get the support you need to thrive in your role.
