As part of their mission is to make the nation whistle on their way to work, FizzPopBANG has created their very own podcast – PopCAST. In their [latest episode,](https://soundcloud.com/user-96445551/the-popcast-volume-3-culture-engagement-with-peter-czapp) they interviewed our co-founder Peter about our company culture.

They discuss:

- Putting wellbeing first so you can do your best work
- How ‘culture will eat strategy for breakfast’ and learnings about how to build that culture, mistakes to avoid, using values to drive it and how long it took them to embed
- An amazing example of the power of great culture through the lens of Surrey Square School
- Changing challenges into opportunities and Peter’s take on how to be successful

The recommended books and references Peter shares in the PopCAST:

- [Positive Intelligence](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Positive-Intelligence-Individuals-Achieve-Potential/dp/1608322785) by Shirzad Chamine
- [Surrey Square School](https://www.surreysquareprimary.co.uk/)
