Hampshire-based accountancy firm, The Wow Company has launched a new proactive online accountancy service, available nationwide, in partnership with Xero. Xero is the easy-to-use accounting system that allows users to see exactly what’s going on with their accounts in real time, from anywhere with a web connection. Wow’s new proactive service works alongside Xero to help small business owners make more profit, pay less tax and retire earlier.

Southampton & Fareham Chamber News - February 2010

The Young Chamber Committee at Regents Park Community College wanted to have an event that was connected with Valentine's Day. However, the school started admitting boys last year and so some of the boys in Years 7 and 8 thought the idea was "too mushy". They even suggested that Valentine's Day was a marketing trick to make money for businesses. From there the idea of the "Anti Cupid Day" was born. Peter Czapp from The Wow Company, who presented the session said that, "It was great to see the students get so involved during the session - their enthusiasm was infectious! I wish I had done this sort of thing when I was at school."
