1. Make the decision that you are going to make your business run independently of you.

2. Put a plan in place of the steps and actions you need to take.

3. Be prepared to make the investment of time and money necessary to make the initial changes to your business.

4. Put systems in place to ensure that things 'just happen'.

5. Recruit people to do the work for you.
