'Outstanding' Wow Client Wins Prestigious PR Award
30th Novemer 2007
We’re delighted to announce that Wow Client, Footprint Communications has been chosen as the winners of the ‘Outstanding Small Consultancy’ award, at this year’s prestigious Chartered Institute of Public Relations Pride Awards held in Brighton!
Amongst 1500 entries from across the South East the awards, which are run by the industries professional body and judged by national experts, are designed to recognise exceptional achievement from the nation’s top PR agencies.
After being nominated for their quality of work, judges singled Footprint out for the award, stating that:
‘Footprint Communications has evolved a clear business model based on value for money and hard working practical programmes. Their analytical approach has clearly delivered added value to their clients with notable successes in media relations. They have the feel of a consultancy to watch.’
Commenting on Footprint's achievement, Colin Farrington, CIPR general chairman of judges, added: “To win at the PRide Awards is a superb achievement as year on year the quantity and quality of entries increases and competition gets stronger. The PRide Awards showcase the excellent PR work being done in our region and the contribution this makes to business and society. Having faced a rigorous judging process, to come out on top, as Footprint Communications has done, is a tremendous achievement.”
As a result of our win, Footprint Communications will now go on to represent the South in a national final where the country’s top PR agencies will meet in Birmingham in March 2008.
