Wow gives away Xero free for a year

All last week on Twitter, Wow ran a competition where the prize was a year's free subscription to Xero, the world's easiest accounting system. But this competition had a twist! The winner was not plucked from a hat.... instead, it came down to who was the quickest on the draw on Friday 13th January. And the winner was......
Congratulations to @zapmedia
It took just 40 seconds for @zapmedia to spot our trigger tweet and reply back, narrowly beating @MintSigns and @KatyPotatie to it.
Here's a reminder of what you had to do to enter the competition
1) Retweet any Wow tweet this week
To qualify for Friday's final, all you need to do is retweet any tweet from @thewowcompany on Twitter
2) Keep an eye out for this tweet on Friday 13th January
"Ready. Steady. GO! The first person to reply to this tweet wins a free subscription to Xero for a year, courtesy of Wow"
3) The first person to reply on Twitter wins
Simple as that. No other rules apply... the competition is open to anyone, anywhere in the world. If you're the winner, it means that you won't need to pay for your Xero subscription for the whole of 2012, courtesy of Wow. Cool, huh?
Last time we ran this competition @seanprice was the winner
It took Sean less than 10 seconds (very quick) to spot our trigger tweet and reply back when we ran the competition for the first time in 2011. Hopefully, we'll be running another Xero competition soon - keep an eye on Twitter for details.
